Nina’s feelings and fears for Guy deepen. She seeks advice from her agent and best friend Rachel. After the conversation, Nina decides to sum up her courage and find out where the relationship is going. Guy surprises her with a question of his own – what will she do? Is Nina ready for a boyfriend? But before you proceed to the spoilers, make sure you watch S2 E6 now and then read the spoilers after.

We start S2 E6 with Nina having a conversation with Rachel. As always, her BFF, agent and confidante is there to sip on the tea. After she’s done explaining about guy, Rachel exclaims, “Oh….my….God! The guy at the benefit?” And with another chuckle, then says, “good for you! I’m glad you have someone new in your life.”

“Yeah, I’m a little worried too.” Nina says.

Through the conversation we realize that Nina is afraid of getting hurt again. She gave her heart over to Addie. Addie kicked it back. With Amanda, it was a betrayal of trust.

She has dated Guy for a few weeks now. She feels ready to let him know how she feels about being in a relationship. However, her fears are holding her back.

Rachel understands and lets her know that this is a different situation, and the outcome might be different too. She tells her not to be afraid and just to try. Nina thanks her friend for her good advice and then gets ready to meet Guy for dinner.

Because this is a short episode, I don’t want to give too much away. Let’s just say when Nina meets Guy later, he has a question for her. She’s not expecting it, and for her, it’s a welcome change.

I know this post is a little shorter than previous ones. Truth be told, I forgot to write it until the day of. I usually start the blog posts at least a week in advance. I know it takes a while to formulate them just right.

For Episode 7, I have a lot more to say. Carrie spends the weekend with her mother at the penthouse. Nina has news to share, and Carrie is about to tell her a mother a secret too.
